WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For a standard delivery of your order, flat-rate shipping costs of 10 euros will be charged. For this we use climate-friendly shipping services and pay attention to the sustainable production of our cartons. We pack your shipment as securely as possible and use chlorine-free and unbleached packaging material. Intact packaging from returns is reused by us – this already environment and resources. By default, the shipping costs (gross / net) are calculated by UPS according to weight within Germany. Shipping costs for items that have to be sent by forwarding agency we ask you to request separately. For express shipping with UPS Express, please contact your specialist advisor at info@skantek.net
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Immediately after you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking by e-mail. Our delivery time is usually 5-7 working days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All our products that you can put in the shopping cart and thus order, are also available at short notice. If an article requires a longer delivery time, this is stored directly with the respective article. The delivery time also depends on the respective payment method. For payment methods such as purchase on account, bank transfer and PayPal, we ship after receipt of order (if the payment has also been successfully completed). If you order several items from us as part of an order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment as a whole. Delivery is normally made after 2-5 working days. Please note that these delivery times only apply to goods that are in stock. If one or more items are not available, you will receive a partial delivery if desired. The missing parts will be delivered free of charge for you at short notice. For new customers, delivery may be slightly delayed. The delivery period begins on the day after your payment order has been placed with the bank, for other payment methods on the day after receipt of your payment. It takes 1-4 business days from receipt of your order before we pass on your order to our shipping partner. That’s why there are average delivery times of about 2 to 5 working days. In the case of credit card payments, the specified delivery period may be extended by up to one day in a few exceptional cases. Since – for the safety of our customers and to exclude credit card misuse – the goods are only shipped after positive feedback from the respective bank.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
The delivery from our online shop takes place exclusively within Germany. Within your delivery area, we deliver your order to any address of your choice, i.e. you can specify any delivery address other than your main address. In any case, the main residence must always be stated as the billing address. A delivery to a P.O. Box, a Packstation is unfortunately not possible.
DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
We deliver your package wherever you want!
Simply enter your desired delivery address during the ordering process in the field “Delivery to different address”. In addition, you have the option of sending your invoice to your billing address or delivery address. If you choose “in package”, your invoice will be enclosed with your package even if the delivery address is different. If you choose “by e-mail” you will receive the invoice exclusively by e-mail. The recipient of your package will receive a delivery note, but no invoice.
*Please note the delivery area. The delivery from our German online shop takes place exclusively within Germany. If you would like to order from another country, please select between our online shops from the flag symbol at the bottom center of the shop.

If available in your area, additional distances – and thus CO2 emissions – can be avoided by delivering your shipment to a Packstation.
· REDUCE RETURNS
Do not order items that you are most likely to return. Before ordering the same article in several sizes, take advantage of services such as our detailed information and technical data sheets on the article in order to order only articles in the right size directly.
· ORDER TOGETHER
If you want to buy several items in a short time, then it is best to combine them in one order. So your purchase does not have to be divided into small individual deliveries.
WITH “UPS CARBON NEUTRAL” WE USE THE CLIMATE-FRIENDLY SHIPPING OF UPS
This means, among other things, greater use of biofuels, low-emission vehicles and photovoltaic systems. The CARBON NEUTRAL service from UPS thus makes a sustainable contribution to climate protection and offsets the CO2 emissions of shipped parcels.
WE SHIP CARDBOARD BOXES FROM SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY
The cardboard boxes we use are “FSC” certified. “FSC” stands for the “Forest Stewardship Council” and aims to preserve our forests for future generations. As part of the certification, standards for responsible forestry are developed and compliance is continuously monitored.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If your parcel deliverer does not find you, and delivery to other people in your household or to neighbors is not possible, he will leave you a notification card on which all further steps are listed or on which the next delivery date is noted. If the courier does not reach you on the third delivery attempt, you have the option of contacting UPS to arrange another appointment. If your courier does not meet you on this fourth delivery attempt, the package will be returned to us.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of three working days despite confirmed shipping, please contact ourservice team
THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE NOT CORRECT OR HAVE DEFECTS
If you have received an item with a defect or an item other than the one ordered, we will refund these items as soon as we have received them in our warehouse and checked the condition of the goods. Please contact our customer service immediately via our contact form on our website . We take care of everything else for you.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL THE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER
Please check your inbox to see if we have notified you by email that any of the items in your order are no longer available. In this case, we will refund you the respective amount of this item as well as the shipping costs of your order via the same payment method with which you made your purchase.
