Cap Jet nozzles are flexible and position-safe coolant nozzles with an internal thread connection. Also as ball joint nozzles with inclined injection and stainless steel articulated tube. The CJ series are adjustable screw-on coolant nozzles, stable screw-on nozzles for expanding the spray area. The ball joint is made of stainless steel with an adjustment range of 70 degrees. The spray nozzle with internal thread metric can be closed, extended and is very robust and secure in position. With CapJet nozzles, every coolant hole becomes a fully-fledged and adjustable coolant nozzle. They are available in various thread sizes of 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 NPT/BSPT. Also in METRIC, manufacturer-independent for all manufacturers of CNC machines, such as Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Mori Seiki.

Nozzle diameter/ outlet: 2.8 mm, 4 mm, 5.6 mm, as well as ball with internal thread M5x0.8 mm and M6x1.0 mm.
Tube Lengths : No Tube, 6.35mm, 12.7mm, 31.75mm.
